Who Writes CertFun Practice Questions?
The truthful answer points to a source rather than a set of names. CertFun does not publish who writes its questions — no author names, no credentials, no headcount — and fabricating any of that would be reassurance you could not check. What it will state plainly is what every item is written against: the exam objectives each vendor publishes, the public document its own certification exam is built from. Questions are drafted to that, one at a time, and none is copied from a live paper.
Every Certification Exam Item Answers to a Published Objective
Take an ABA CRCM paper in banking-compliance regulation. Its published objectives set out the domains the exam draws on — the rules a compliance officer has to apply — and a CertFun item begins from one of those stated objectives, then is built into an original question whose wrong options stay close enough that only applying the rule settles which is right. That is authorship to a source, not a copy of one. It also stops short of a claim it could not keep: the aim is that what sits on the platform maps to what the vendor says the exam tests, not that every objective on the list is present and accounted for.
The writers stay unnamed on purpose, and that is the honest position rather than a hole in it: what carries weight is not who they are but what they answer to — each vendor’s published objectives, turned into original certification exam items. It is the same reason nothing here is passed off as a real or recalled question, which has its own answer: written to the objectives is not copied from the exam, and that line is the whole of it.
